I often tell people that all of our feelings need to be felt. Sometimes they are stronger, sometimes just passing by.
The feeling of being alone with your thoughts brings a lot of anxiety and depression to this world. Even though the truth is that you are never really alone!
When I'm writing songs, I always think that there is someone out there who feels the same. Someone who needs to hear this. And then, when I finally get to perform or publish these songs, I always get the same feedback:
"Thank you for putting my feelings into words."
And that, my friend, inspires me the most. That's why I think that every song I create is actually yours.
My own songs are all in Finnish, but I try to catch up with people around the world by translating lyrics (coming soon) and using English in my social media posts.
In 2022 I'll focus on this even more!
